• One free withdrawal of $300 or more, per calendar month via cashier’s check. Fees apply for subsequent withdrawals during a calendar month.
• All charge or debit card depositors must receive payments on winnings via other payment methods.
• Further information, credit card authorization forms and identification will be required of the cardholder before any payouts are processed.
• No withdrawals will be processed without first meeting the requisite 15 days clearance on all credit card and debit card deposits.
