Rules and Restrictions

- Unless stated otherwise (i.e. for a special promotion) the following rules apply in order to earn any given bonus at BetGuardian SportsBook: the deposited amount + bonus amount must be rolled over 9x for Platinum, 7x for Gold, 5x for Silver or 3x for the Bronze bonus before withdrawing funds.
- Minimum deposit $100 to claim bonus.
- Free Play wagers are for straight bets only.
- The maximum payable winnings on any free-play is $5,000 US.
- Free Plays are bonuses whether they win or lose. If a free play loses, the amount put at risk is the bonus amount. If a free play wins, the higher amount between risk and win is the bonus amount. (Deposit + Bonus x Rollover).
- Entire rollover must be met before making any withdrawals.
- Rollover calculations are based on the lower of the two values (risk/win) regardless of the money line. For example: Bet risks $160 to win $100, $100 is counted toward rollover amount. Bet risks $100 to win $180, we count $100 towards rollover amount.
- Free play or cash bonus rollover is applicable to sports-book wagering only. Casino and horse race wagering do not count towards rollover requirements.
- 10% Wager Warranty Program: Receive a 10% Free-Play twice a year based on your net losses for the past six months. You must have played at least 15 of the 26 weeks during the six month period to qualify. Regular Free-Play Rules apply.
- Obligation to bonus terms, rules and restrictions is fulfilled when an account balance and free play balance both reach zero.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of times a client may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: Name, mailing address, email address, ip address, credit or debit card number and any forms of identification which may be required.
- BetGuardian bonuses, contests and promotions are intended for the recreational bettor only. Management reserves the right to refuse contest entry or receipt of promotion to those members considered to be professional players. Management also reserves the right to revoke any rewards granted to customers who abuse our programs.
- All casino bonuses have max cash out of $500 (After meeting playthroughs any amount exceeding $500 will be zeroed out). Players may not transfer or cash more than $500.Any outstanding balance will be removed upon a payout or transfer request. No exceptions.
- Referral bonuses are awarded to customers only if he/she has an active account with a minimum balance of $100. Referred customer must be from a different household. Management reserves the right to refuse any bonuses to customers who abuse our programs.
