WITHDRAWAL OPTION
- Withdrawals can be requested Monday through Friday from 6am to Noon pacific time through the customer service line 1-800-291-3359.
- Withdrawal requests must be made via telephone. Any request for clients outside the U.S. or Canada must be made via the cashier section.
- One free withdrawal of $300 or more, per calendar month via cashier’s check. Fees apply for subsequent withdrawals during a calendar month.
- All charge or debit card depositors must receive payments on winnings via other payment methods.
- Further information, credit card authorization forms and identification will be required of the cardholder before any payouts are processed.
- No withdrawals will be processed without first meeting the requisite 15 days clearance on all credit card and debit card deposits.
- Deposits done with cashiers checks have a 45 day clearance before any withdrawals can be requested.
